All orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible after payment
confirmation.
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping time (Australia): 3–7 business days depending on location
You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched
Orders placed after cut-off times or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next
business day
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. From time to time, MNMLST may offer
free shipping promotions or thresholds, which will be clearly displayed on the
website.
MNMLST is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events,
or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All MNMLST products are carefully quality-checked before dispatch to ensure they
meet our standards.
We do not offer free returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing
selection, or minor variations in colour, texture, or finish that do not affect product
function.
This includes:
Change of mind returns
Incorrect size selection
Minor colour or fabric variation between batches
Perceived differences in fit or feel once worn
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:
Faulty
Damaged in transit
Incorrect item sent
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: support@mnmlst.com.au with your
order number and clear photo/video evidence.

If approved after inspection, we will offer either:
Replacement of the item, or
Store credit (depending on availability)
Return Conditions (If Approved)
Where a return or replacement is approved:
Items must be unused and in original condition
All tags and packaging must be intact
Items must not show signs of wear or washing
MNMLST reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
If a return is inspected and no fault is found, the customer may be responsible for
shipping costs both ways.
