Do You Ship Outside Of The Australia?
Yes, We do ship internationally. The consumer is responsible for the tariffs and customs duties imposed by their respective countries. Our store only accepts AUD dollars at the moment. Your card will be charged in AUD and a conversion rate will be applied to your home currency.
Do I Need To Set Up An Account To Place An Order?
No, but by setting up an account - you will be included to our email list for exclusive updates and exciting promotions in the future.
How Do I Make Changes In An Order?
Any changes are possible while you are still browsing. Go to your shopping cart and simply click the bin icon to an item you no longer wish to proceed. If an order has been placed, do not worry! How Do I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

I Have Forgotten My Password, What Do I Do?

Do You Offer Discounts On First Time Orders?

My Discount Did Not Apply, What Do I Do?
If you have added your discount at check out above the confirm & pay button and the discount did not apply, please check there are no error messages. If you are receiving a message that the discount is not valid, then the items in your cart may not be eligible for the discount. For welcome discounts, these do not apply on sale or discounted products. Multiple discounts cannot be used in conjunction with each other.
